Player guide
Objective: Lead your expedition through jungle legs, trading windows, and the final El Dorado decision without losing the team to poor resource choices.
Setup: Join with the PIN from your facilitator and wait for your team assignment.
How to play: Vote on journey choices, manage supplies, trade with other teams, and decide how aggressively to mine once you reach the destination.
Your role: Balance ambition with survival, share useful information, and help your captain lock decisions your team can live with.
End condition: Compare final scores and debrief risk appetite, planning, trading behaviour, and pressure near the end.
Host Setup
Host guide: Set 2-6 teams, share the PIN, start the briefing, advance each journey leg, open and close trading, resolve mining, and guide the final debrief.
